A complete operating reference — strategy, market sizing, compliance framework, risk analysis and five-year financial projections.
Complete businesses, ready to operate.
The Founder's Marketplace is a UK marketplace for fully-architected business ventures. Instead of starting from a blank page, an operator acquires a venture that ships with six core deliverables — the plan, the brand, the numbers, the technology, the legal foundation and the route to market — and executes from day one.
[ No payments are taken pre-launch · the catalogue opens when every deliverable meets the publication gate ]
Six core deliverables, engineered together.
Every venture in the catalogue is prepared to the same standard before it can be published — a quality gate enforced by the platform itself, not by promise.
Logo suite, colour palette, typography system and brand guidelines.
P&L, cash-flow projections, scenario analysis and investor materials.
Digital infrastructure, source code or complete technical specifications.
Entity formation documents, contracts, NDAs and compliance checklists.
Launch playbook, channel strategy and a 90-day operator roadmap.
One venture. One document. Sixty sections.
This is the standard, not the exception: the business plan for a single venture in our catalogue — a cross-border fulfilment company — is a 104-page operating reference in 60 sections. Not a pitch deck. The document an operator actually runs the company from.

Producing this depth — and holding it across a 312-venture catalogue — is why we have not launched. Each venture must survive the same scrutiny an acquirer's lawyer, accountant and operator would apply. That work cannot be rushed, and we refuse to publish anything thinner and call it complete.
Browse. Acquire. Operate.
A curated catalogue of 312 venture concepts across 39 industries, each classified by tier, difficulty and market thesis.
Pay in full or by engineered milestones (40/40/20, to £2.5M), under acquisition agreements with full IP assignment. All pricing in GBP.
Deliverables land in a private operator dashboard — documents, infrastructure controls, calendar and a 90-day onboarding programme.
Six tiers, one standard.
| Tier | Price band | Typical operator |
|---|---|---|
| Micro | under £25,000 | First-time operator or side acquisition |
| Small | £25,000 – £90,000 | Owner-operator stepping up |
| Medium | £90,000 – £250,000 | Experienced operator or small team |
| Growth | £250,000 – £1,000,000 | Funded operator or portfolio buyer |

31 operational products for the day after acquisition.
Owning a venture is the beginning, not the end. A second marketplace of 31 add-on products supports operators in running what they acquire — sold honestly: anything not yet live is labelled exactly as it is.
Security audits, hardening, compliance preparation and monitoring for the venture's own infrastructure.
Support tooling, review and reputation systems, customer-communication workflows.
SEO, paid-acquisition setup, analytics and conversion instrumentation for the operator's launch.
Back-office automation, fulfilment integrations and process tooling.
Market monitoring, competitor tracking and decision-support reporting.
HR foundations, hiring kits and internal-communication structure — plus three curated bundles and four delivered services.
Infrastructure built like the ventures it sells.
The marketplace itself is engineered to the standard it demands of its catalogue — because a platform selling operational excellence has to embody it.
A modern web application (Next.js 16 / React 19) carrying 600+ automated tests, including full-browser journeys of every user path — signup, verification, MFA, checkout, dashboard, calendar.
Pay-in-full, milestone (40/40/20 with database-level idempotency so no payment can double-charge), subscription licensing, and a vetted deal-desk for equity-scale transactions.
Every stored credential sealed with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption; operator surfaces gated at the network edge; static analysis and dependency auditing in continuous integration.
Every business event travels a cryptographically signed bus with durable, replay-safe delivery — the same discipline regulated platforms use for financial webhooks.
Production infrastructure written as code for Google Cloud — customer-managed encryption keys, WAF, and a write-once audit trail — prepared and reviewed ahead of first deployment.
The public site's claims are asserted against the database in the test suite: counts must be real, prices must match, and completion language is banned until it is true.
An engineered organisation, not just an app.
The Founder's Marketplace is founder-built — one person. Holding institutional quality at solo scale required building the organisation itself as software: a 25-specialist AI operating system that runs the company's back office under the founder's direction, with the same evidence discipline demanded of the catalogue.
Every piece of work is routed to the specialist that owns it, verified against the codebase with evidence labels, adversarially red-teamed before it counts as done, and recorded in an append-only ledger. Nothing ships silently. It is the most honest answer to a hard question — how does one person deliver this much, this carefully? — you build the discipline into the machine, and you take the time it takes.
Built deliberately. Launching mid-August.
Everything below was built in a matter of weeks by one founder and the organisation he engineered — and that pace is the point: the same seriousness, speed and quality gate now turn wholly toward producing Ventures for customers.
THE FOUNDER'S MARKETPLACE LTD registered in England & Wales.
Marketplace, operator dashboard, calendar, admin suite, payments architecture and the add-on marketplace — built full-time and internally verified with 600+ automated tests.
312 Venture concepts classified across 39 industries — and a 25-specialist AI operating system now runs the company end-to-end from Slack: every specialist owns its channels, and all production work is routed, verified and logged there daily. Platform, organisation and catalogue in one short span — hard evidence of how this company works.
From now until launch, the entire organisation is dedicated to one thing: producing Ventures, delivered as a service (VaaS) — each one architected, written to the 60-section standard, legally prepared for transfer, and set up to carry its operator through the first 90 days. First cohort of five targeted before the end of July; legal instruments prepared for solicitor review before any sale.
The waitlist opens, then the first published Venture drops — nothing sold before its deliverables are real.
A registered UK company, verifiable end to end.

The Founder's Marketplace is founder-built and currently pre-revenue: no payments are accepted before launch, and nothing in the catalogue is published until its deliverables pass the platform's own readiness gate.
The company is fully bootstrapped — no outside investors, no debt. Costs are deliberately lean and weighted toward the AI tooling and infrastructure that let one founder operate at organisational scale; meaningful inflows begin only when customers do, post-launch.
Enquiries from prospective operators, partners and institutions are welcome by email while the platform completes development.
